Our delivery and shipping conditions for wine sale by postal service 1. Sending wine by postal service is only possible to an address inside Germany.
2. For sending wine by postal service, prices per bottle shown in actual 3. Minimum quantity per order for wine sale by postal service is 6 bottles.
4. Special shipping boxes are used for shipping by a postal service provider. The maximum total weight per package is 20 kg. A distinction is made between shipping boxes for bottles with 0.75 liter and 1 liter content. Following shipping boxes are available: It is possible that both bottles with 0.75 liter content and bottles with 1 liter content are shipped together in a shipping box for bottles with 1 liter content. 5. Only fully filled packages with the number of bottles per shipping box specified under point 4 (6 or 12 bottles) are accepted. If the order includes more than 12 bottles, each additional shipping box must be completely filled with 12 bottles. 6. Costs for postage and packaging for wine sale by postal service depend on the number of bottles per package and the content of the bottles:
If postal service provider charges individual surcharges for delivery to exposed addresses (for example addresses on small islands), above mentioned costs for postage and packaging for wine sale by postal service are increased by these individual surcharges. In this case resulting costs for wine sale by postal service will be communicated in the form of an individual offer. |

7. We gladly take back empty bottles and packaging boxes on your next visit at our winery. Alternatively, empty bottles are to be disposed in waste glass containers and packaging boxes in waste paper. 8. We ship orders normally on Tuesday and Thursday (if those days are not public holidays). Optional shipping days, if there is high demand and if forwarding to the distribution center on the same day is ensured, are Wednesday and Friday. Delivery to customer is then usually done within 1 - 2 working days by the postal service provider DHL. If payment method payment in advance needs to be applied, the order will be shipped after receipt of the invoice amount. But please note as well: Wine is a temperature-sensitive product and whether likes very cold nor very hot temperatures. We regard temperatures between 5 °C and 25 °C to be best for sending wine by postal service. If temperature during shipment is expected to be colder or warmer, we do not recommend to send wine by postal service as we expect negative effects on the quality of the wine. As consequence we coordinate the shipping dates for wine sale by postal service in hot summer and cold winter days individually with our customers. 9. Upon request, we will coordinate the shipping date with you, so that the receipt of the shipment on your part can be carried out smoothly. We assume a transportation time of one working day within Germany. In addition we can provide upon request the tracking number by e-mail after shipping so that you are informed about the status of the shipment and the expected delivery date. 10. We recommend the usage of other options provided by the shipping service provider DHL: You can inform the service provider about a desired date for receiving of the shipment or an alternative receiving point for the shipment, for example a neighbor or a friend.
